Return & Refund Policy.

ORDERS ONCE PLACED CAN NOT BE CANCELLED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

To avoid lamentable situation, Kindly note: In case of damaged goods, the amount will be refunded, provided a full video proof from opening the seal of the package till the end with no cuts, no filter and no editing.Without the proof, designanddecor.de will be in no position to process the refund.No claims will be entertained without any proof. Return request will only be accepted if the request is submitted within 24 hours of you receiving your package. You can submit your request via Email, whatsapp, Instagram. Return will only take place if the product is untaged, free of stains, unused. Please Note: You have to self ship the received product to us and once it qualifies our QC, we shall dispatch your replacement order or refund online. Important Note: We request you to make a short clip prior to unboxing to avoid any sort of misunderstanding. THIS IS FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR CUSTOMER AND OUR STAFF.

Conditions for a refund:

  • An unboxing video should be from the start of the package including the name, address sheet, and the bill of the order.
  • The video should be unfiltered, and unedited with no cuts in between.
  • The proof should be sent by email in 24 hours after receiving the order.
  • If exceeded 24 hours designanddecor.de will under no circumstance process the refund.
  • Only the amount of the product will be refunded and not the shipping cost.
  • The exchange of the damaged products will be done according to the availability of the product, in case the product is not available the customer can either wait for the stock or ask for a refund. (shipping charges under any circumstance are non-refundable)
  • No refund or cancellations will be initiated while the order is still in transit.
  • No refund or cancellations will be initiated if the reason being delay in delivery since we have no control over the courier services.
  • No refund or cancellations will be initiated if the order is processed as usual.
  • There will be no exchange or refund if the product has already been used by the customers.
